Radar Equity has a detail-oriented, value-driven approach to investing in distressed securities and assets.  We have been active in distressed investing since its founding.

We are able to make very fast decisions and have experience in dealing with court appointed  USA and UK administrators  as well as private majority shareholders, who wish to dispose of non performing assets.

Radar Equity invests across the entire capital structure in both debt and equity.  We  invest in senior and subordinated, secured and unsecured debt and equity, in private small to mid  cap software  companies.

Through its investments in distressed debt and equity, Radar Equity provides liquidity to investors seeking to exit troubled situations. We are able to quickly gain a deep understanding of difficult operational issues and challenges facing troubled companies.
